Once a mom has been accepted into the program via intake, welcoming her into the program and acclimating her to the home is of great importance.  Drawing from her experience as Executive Director of Hannah's House, Vicki Krnac will share their process as well as lessons they have learned.  Participants will receive samples of some key documents that are central to the orientation process.
